Lily Anderson, LCSW, is an EMDR psychotherapist and EMDRIA-approved Consultant in private practice in Bloomington, IL. Lily’s specialties include developmental/ attachment/complex trauma and dissociative disorders and works with children, adolescents, adults of all ages, and specializes in parent-child dynamics. Lily has consulted with Ana Gomez on her work with children and families and has since trained extensively with Deany Laliotis earning her status as a Consultant. Lily received her Master of Social Work degree at Illinois State University and continued working as an LCSW in foster care until she began her private practice. She supplements EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Theraplay, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA). Lily currently is the Clinical Coordinator for the nonprofit organization, Need Shelter, providing crisis and mental health resources for those in the music industry. Lily is also an Adjunct Professor at the School of Social Work at Illinois State University. Lily is available to do individual and group EMDR consultations via Zoom. Lily speaks fluent Portuguese and has experience consulting and training in São Paulo, Brazil.
