Ben Ose

Ben Ose, MD, is an ABPN board-certified psychiatrist who practices integrative psychiatry and is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant™️ and EMDRIA ApprovedTherapist™️ in private practice in Apex, North Carolina. Originally trained in EMDR by Deany Laliotis and Dan Merlis in 2008, he has provided care to adults in multiple settings including with the military and with a large hospital-based practice as well as has served as the medical director of an integrative group practice and community-based clinic.  Since 2011, he has been in private practice as the owner of Holistic Mental Health, PLLC and at times has provided supervision for advanced practice providers.  He enjoys teaching and currently is writing a book primarily for prescribers on how to become an integrative mental health practitioner which will include a chapter on trauma and grief.  He is passionate about improving patient outcomes by fostering stronger collaboration and coordination of care between physicians and therapists.
