Dr. Blanco-Oilar is a licensed psychologist with board certification in Counseling Psychology. She earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oregon and has been practicing since 2002, with licensure as a psychologist since 2009.
Her clinical focus includes supporting adults through life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, complex trauma, and recent trauma. While she maintains a generalist approach, her specialty lies in helping clients heal from complex trauma. She is currently pursuing advanced training in Relational EMDR therapy and consultation under the mentorship of Deany Laliotis, LICSW.
Dr. Blanco-Oilar is the founder of Monarch Psychological Services, LLC, a private practice offering psychotherapy and consultation services to individuals, couples, and fellow mental health professionals.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, and an immigrant to this country, Dr. Blanco-Oilar is committed to serving diverse and multicultural populations.
