Basic: Part II - March - April

With more training time, built-in consultation, and continuous support, with our Basic Training you’ll gain the confidence, real-case experience, and guidance, without hidden costs.

• More Training Time: Two three-day trainings plus a two-day training give you more opportunity to learn and practice than the typical two three-day weekends.
• Continuous Support: Case consultation is provided throughout the entire learning process, even during training days, so you can start using EMDR with clients right away.
• Built-In Consultation: Included in your tuition and led by the same facilitators who teach you, giving you continuity and trusted guidance.
• Real-Case Learning: Consultation focuses on your own cases, with facilitators following your progress and providing in-depth conceptualization support.
• No Hidden Costs: Unlike other programs where you must find and pay for your own consultants, everything you need is built in.
• Confidence to Practice: You finish Part 1 supported, prepared, and ready to begin integrating EMDR into your work.

Our original comprehensive training was eight days over three months, with 10.5 hours of case consultation bundled in. While it was a powerful learning model, we found that many participants needed even more flexibility to accommodate the realities of work, life, and client demands. Therefore, our Basic Training is now offered in two parts (Part I and Part II), allowing trainees to:

• Choose the timing that works for them
• Learn at their own pace
• Pay for each part separately

Part 2 enrollment is available only to those who have completed Part 1 with The Center. If you completed Part 1 elsewhere, you’re welcome to retake Part 1 with us at a discounted rate and then continue on to Part 2.

Throughout both Part II-A and Part II-B, case consultation is integrated, ensuring you can apply what you’re learning to your own caseload as you go.

You’ll have:

• Consultation during Part II-A
• A follow-up consultation a month later in Part II-B
• The option to continue consultation after training for ongoing support
• Incentives for purchasing consultation alongside your training

Your training materials are yours to keep. Forever. Video recordings of the EMDR Therapy Basic Training will be available for review for 9 months to support your learning experience. Training materials include two appendices with Worksheets and Forms for practice as well as Resources to keep handy as a quick reference.

As an added bonus, all of your Basic Training materials will continue to be updated over time and can be accessed through your account on our website.

Tuition is refundable up to 30 days before the start of training, less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before the training are refundable, minus a $150 administrative fee. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date, tuition is not refundable. Instead, a credit will be applied toward the same Basic Training in the future at the Standard Rate, less a $150 administrative fee.

If you wish to switch to another Part II training, you may do so, but the same administrative fees listed for tuition apply for changes.

If you withdraw after training has begun, we offer a one-time option to re-enroll in another Basic Training Part II at the reduced rate of $650, as space allows.

All requests for cancellations, schedule changes, or withdrawals must be submitted in writing by email to admin@emdrtherapy.com.

The Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training at its discretion. In the event of a Center-initiated cancellation, you may either transfer your tuition to a future training date or receive a full refund.

Yes!  Graduate students need to have completed their core coursework before they can apply.  Non-licensed clinicians on a licensing track will need to submit a letter from their supervisor to that effect.
