Maraeca Butler

Maraeca Butler, MC, LPC-S is a psychotherapist and group private practice owner in Tempe, Arizona.  She is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, Certified Therapist and Facilitator in Training.  Maraeca has over a decade of experience in the field and is passionate about assisting her clients in getting to the root of their issues as part of the journey towards healing.

Her training and expertise has led her to specialize in the treatment of Complex Trauma, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, OCD and Early Childhood Attachment injury.  She is also well versed in dissociation and integrating IFS into an EMDR framework.  She has a heart for working with women and mothers.  She is skilled at working with individuals with childhood abuse, sexual trauma, religious and spiritual abuse, medical trauma and chronic illness.  Maraeca helps clients with self-esteem and relationship issues, particularly addressing codependency.  She also provides consultation services to those looking to take their EMDR skills to the next level.
