Rachel Totten

Rachel Totten, MSW, LICSW, LADC is an EMDRIA-certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant-in-Training.  Rachel is a licensed clinical social worker in VT, NH, ME, NC, and SC.  Under the mentorship of Deany Laliotis, she provides group and individual EMDR consultation. Rachel has 16 years of experience working in the field of attachment and trauma.  Her private practice, EMDR Counseling and Consultation, is located in Vermont and offers EMDR exclusively online to individuals in the states where she is licensed.  Rachel provides a space for individuals, couples, and families to navigate their healing journey, grounded in the present while addressing the echoes of their past.  Rachel is deeply passionate about guiding her colleagues in mastering the art of EMDR, offering her expertise to both new therapists and experienced practitioners. Known for her blend of directness, empathy, and accountability, Rachel tailors her work to meet the specific needs of her clients and colleagues.  She embraces the role of lifelong learner and finds that EMDR continually unfolds new layers of understanding, offering endless opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
