Jenna Karl

Jenna Halloran Karl, LCSW, LICSW is a psychotherapist and private practice owner based in Syracuse, NY. She is independently licensed in NY, MA, and ME. Jenna is an EMDRIA-certified Therapist and Consultant-in-Training working under the guidance of Deany Laliotis.  

Jenna specializes in working with adults, and college/graduate students with trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. She is experienced treating complex trauma, dissociative disorders, non-epileptic seizures, eating disorders and substance use. Jenna practices Relational EMDR and believes in the power of relationships as an integral component in helping clients heal. 

Since completing the Basic and Intermediate trainings through The Center, Jenna has been passionate about the transformative nature of EMDR therapy. She  enjoys learning and working with other therapists in a consultation role. Jenna is also a supervisor for other therapists and President of the Simmons University School of Social Work Alumni Board.
