Kris Rinkenberger, LCPC

Kris Rinkenberger, LCPC, EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist and Consultant and Facilitator-in-Training with Deany Laliotis.  Kris received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Kris specializes in PTSD, Developmental Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and Issues of Faith. Kris began her therapy career working with individuals and families in poverty and is committed to treating all clients with dignity and respect. Her early work with those in poverty led to a deeper understanding of the impact of social and cultural factors that contribute to trauma and a passion for EMDR. This passion led to the opening of Integrated Family Therapy of Illinois where Kris enjoys consulting/encouraging/and supervising therapists who want to grow in their EMDR skills. Kris is a lifelong learner and has attended many EMDR Masterclasses taught by Deany Laliotis.      

Kris has worked for two Fortune 500 Companies, is a Leading Breeder of World Champion Quarter Horses, Founding Member of Impact Central Illinois and grandmother to eight.  She enjoys road cycling and training her own therapy dogs. She appreciates the values of integrity, curiosity and humor and offers this to all she encounters.
