MI: Accepts courses from APA for Psychologists. No general CE requirement for Counselors. OK: Accepts APA credit for live, in-person activities but not for ethics and/or online courses.

Approved Continuing Education (ACE) Program
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Amedco is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Amedco maintains responsibility for this course. ASWB Content Level: Advanced. Social workers completing this course receive up to 13.00 continuing education credits.

New York Mental Health Counselors
Amedco is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Mental Health Practitioners as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed mental health counselors. #MHC-0061. 13.00 credit hours.
New York Psychologists
Amedco is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Psychology as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed psychologists #PSY-0031. 13.00 hours.
National Board for Certified Counselors
The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6775. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy is solely responsible for all aspects of the program. Counselors receive 13.00 hours of continuing education credit upon completion of this program.
EMDR International Association
The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy is an EC Provider (#00017) and this program is approved for 13 EMDRIA Credits. Eligibility for EMDRIA Credits is restricted to those who have completed an EMDRIA-Approved Basic EMDR Training.
